Topinambour to go to Brittany
The Mégret family has just announced the departure for Brittany of their protégé Topinambour (Heartbreaker). Penelope Leprévost’s former head horse, trained by Hervé Godignon, will this year join the Vermoesen family's Kezeg breeding farm. Victorious in the Nations Cups of La Baule and St. Gallen, second in Falsterbo, Hickstead and Lummen, the chestnut has been part of the French team many times.
The house's leading stallion, Vagabond de la Pomme (Vigo d'Arsouilles), will remain at the Haras de Clarbec.
