Serge Lecomte keeps the FFE presidency until 2024
The campaign surrounding the French Equestrian Federation elections was marked by numerous low blows from the protagonists and their relatives, that unfortunately didn’t raise the level of debate. French equestrianism will undoubtedly not gain in stature from this campaign... but the verdict is now in and it’s time to turn the page of this sad period.
After the election of his team a few weeks ago, Serge Lecomte will now be able to start a fifth mandate that will end in the Fall of 2024, after the Olympic Games in Paris. The former president won with 54.01%, while Anne de Sainte Marie only gained 43.52% of the votes in this unprecedented second round.
