Pumped Up Kicks retires!

10 October 2020

At the age of 17, the approved stallion, Pumped Up Kicks (formerly Levistus; Levisto x San Juan), is retiring. After starting his Grand Prix career under the saddle of Heiko Schmidt and under the name Levistus, the pretty grey moved to the USA where he made his debut at the highest level under the saddle of Lillie Keenan, with whom he placed 4th in the Wellington 4* Grand Prix, and 5th in the World Cup stage in Lexington. Then, in 2015, he began being ridden by a very young Jennifer Gates, allowing her to make her debut at the highest level, with a notable 4th place in the World Cup Lexington stage, a third place in the Wellington 4* Grand Prix in 2017, and a victory in 2019!
